Strategic Vannerikulam Finally Falls to Troops

The whole area of VANNERIKKULAM, one of the well-fortified strongholds of the WANNI Tigers, completely fell to the hands of 58 Division troops by Sunday (19) afternoon.
Troops for some time in the past have been waging a fierce and committed battle to bring the area including the VANNERIKKULAM tank of which its bund connects AKKARAYANKULAM and NACHCHIKUDA road.
