"Sakvithi" like swindler nabbed in Ja-Ela
person who ran a bogus financial scheme in Ja-Ela similar to the master swindler Sakvithi Ranasinghe and had cheated deposits worth over Rs.5million was arrested by the Negombo Police Fraud Investigation Bureau today, Police Spokesman said.(News-Dailymirror)
